KULLANIM KOŞULLARI

Ncs.Net Computer Bilgi işlem hizmetleri, kısaca NCS, Özel/Kamu sektörü için hizmet ve çözüm sağlayan bir bilişim teknolojisidir. PERSONEL-BORDRO, NCS ‘in bir yazılımıdır. PERSONEL-BORDRO yazılımına abone olduktan sonra PERSONEL-BORDRO Online Hizmet kullanımını yöneten aşağıdaki kullanım sözleşme şartlarını kabul etmiş olursunuz. Eğer bu anlaşmaya bir şirket adına giriyorsanız, şirket adına satın alma kararı yetkisine sahip olduğunuza, size yapılan tüm tebligatların şirketinize yapılmış olduğuna vekil oluyorsunuz.
PERSONEL-BORDRO küçük, büyük tüm Kurum vb. işletmeler için tasarlanmış Web tabanlı bir Personel-Bordro Yönetim sistemidir. Bu kullanım koşulları, bir servis sağlayıcı olarak bizim yükümlülüklerimizi ve müşteri olarak sizin yükümlülüklerinizi açıklamak üzere tasarlanmıştır. Lütfen onları dikkatlice okuyunuz.
Bu şartlar yazılımın kullanılması ile geçerlilik kazanır.

Biz PERSONEL-BORDRO uygulamasının kullanıcı yorumlarına dayanarak zamanla gelişeceğine inanmaktayız; bu nedenle zaman içinde yazılımda güncellemeler yapılabilir.
Bu şartlar, her soruya cevap vermeyi veya PERSONEL-BORDRO Uygulamasının kullanımıyla ortaya çıkarılan her sorunu gidermeyi hedeflemez. PERSONEL-BORDRO, her zaman bu şartları değiştirme yetkisine sahiptir, hükümlerdeki değişiklik üzerine bunun ilanını yapmak da bu yetkiye dahildir ve PERSONEL-BORDRO bu değişimlerden, E-mail üzerinden veya sitede bildiri yayınlayarak sizi haberdar etmek için her türlü çabayı gösterecektir. Bu kullanım koşullarının zaman içinde değişmesi muhtemeldir. Web sitesinde bulunan en son şartları okumak, anlamak ve kabul etmek sizin yükümlülüğünüzdür.

1.Tanımlamalar

‘‘Bağlantı Ücreti
Sizin tarafınızdan, web sitemizde gösterilen ödeme çizelgesine uygun olarak aylık/yıllık yapılan ödeme anlamına gelir.
‘‘ Gizlilik Bilgisi
Taraflar arasında alışveriş şeklinde yapılan bu anlaşmanın, ister yazılı, ister elektronik veya sözlü; uygulamayı içeren ama bilginin ne olduğunu içermeyen, karşı tarafın izinsiz ifşası dışındaki kamuya açık bilgilerin tamamını içerir.
‘‘ Veri
Sizin tarafınızdan Uygulamaya girilmiş olan her türlü bilgidir.
‘‘Fikri Mülkiyet Hakkı
Kayıtlı olsun veya olmasın herhangi bir patent, ticari marka, hizmet markası, telif hakkı, etik hak, tasarım hakkı, yöntem bilgisi ve diğer herhangi fikri veya sinai mülkiyet hakları anlamına gelir.

İnternet üzerinden kullanılabilir uygulama (PERSONEL-BORDRO tarafından zaman zaman güncellenebilir veya değiştirilebilir )
‘‘Web sitesi
Alan adı www.ncs.com.tr NCS tarafından işletilen bir internet sitesidir.
‘‘PERSONEL-BORDRO
NCS.’nin Personel-Bordro Yönetim Sistemi uygulamasının adıdır.
Program; sizi, çalışanlarınızı, danışmanlarınızı, temsilcilerinizi, acentalarınızı içerir.

 

2.Yazılım Kullanımı

PERSONEL-BORDRO; size web sitesi üzerinden abonelik türünüze göre kullanıcılarınıza uygulamaya erişimi ve onu kullanma hakkı verir. Bu haklar, sınırlıdır, alıntı yapılamaz, devredilemez, izinsiz kullanılamaz.

3.Yükümlülükleriniz

Ödeme
Erişim ücreti için fatura, sizin ilk PERSONEL-BORDRO bağlantısı yaptığınız tarihten bir ay sonra, her ay/yıl fatura iletişimcisine ulaştırılır. Tüm faturalar önceki kullanım süresinin erişim ücretini içerecektir. PERSONEL-BORDRO, bu anlaşma iptal edilene kadar sizi aylık/yıllık olarak faturalandırmaya devam edecektir. Tüm PERSONEL-BORDRO faturaları elektronik posta yoluyla veya posta ile iletilecektir ve faturaların, kesim tarihinden sonraki 7 gün içerisinde ödenmesi gerekmektedir. Erişim ücretine ek olarak, yasalarda geçerli olacak olan tüm vergi ve harçların ödenmesinden siz sorumlusunuz.

Genel yükümlülükler
Bu uygulamayı ve Web sitesini sadece kendi yasal iş amaçlarınız için, PERSONEL-BORDRO tarafından Web sitesine gönderilen herhangi bir bildirim veya yayınlanan herhangi bir duruma uygun olacak şekilde kullanmalısınız.

Erişim Koşulları
Uygulamaya ulaşmak için gerekli olan tüm kullanıcı adlarını ve parolaları güvenli ve gizli tutmalısınız. Sizden habersiz olarak parolanızın kullanıldığı veya başka bir güvenlik ihlalinin olması durumunda yönetici panelinden parola değişikliği yapabilir veya NCS’yi hemen bilgilendirerek parola sıfırlamanızı yaptırabilirsiniz.
Bu şartların bir koşulu olarak, uygulamaya erişimde ve onu kullanırken yapmanız gerekenler;

• Güvenliği zayıflatma veya PERSONEL-BORDRO’ın bilgisayar sisteminin bütünlüğünü bozma girişiminde bulunmayın;
• Yazılımın veya web sitesinin işlevselliğini bozan ya da başka bir kullanıcının uygulama ya da web sitesini kullanma yetkisini kısıtlayacak herhangi bir kullanım veya yanlış kullanımda bulunmayın;
• Yazılımı barındıran bilgisayar sistemi veya size izni verilenin dışındaki herhangi bir materyale yetkisiz erişimde bulunmaya çalışmayın;
• Başka bir kişinin cihazına veya yazılımına zarar verebilecek dosyaları, saldırı olabilecek içerikleri yayınlamayın veya herhangi bir hukuk ihlalinde bulunmayın (telif hakkı ile korunan ya da kullanmaya hakkınız olmayan ticari sırları da içeren veri ve materyalleri de içerir.)
• PERSONEL-BORDRO web sitesini değiştirmeyin, kopyalamayın, çoğaltmayın veya kaynak koda çevirmeyin.

 

İletişim Koşulları
Bu şartların bir koşulu olarak, eğer web sitesi aracılığıyla erişilen herhangi bir iletişim aracı kullanıyorsanız (örneğin herhangi bir forum, sohbet odası ya da mesaj merkezi gibi) , bu tür iletişim araçlarını sadece yasal ve meşru araçlar için kullanmayı kabul edersiniz.
Hizmet teklifleri ya da satılık hizmetler, başka bir kişinin cihazları veya yazılımına zarar verebilecek dosyalar, başka bir kullanıcı için saldırgan olabilecek içerik, herhangi bir yasayı ihlal eden materyal de dahil olmak üzere (telif hakkıyla korunan veya kullanma hakkına sahip olunmayan ticari sırlar dahil) kullanmayınız. Web sitesinde bir iletişim kurduğunuzda, iletişimin içeriğinden sorumlusunuzdur. Başka bir web tabanlı forumda da olabileceği gibi, web sitesi mevcut iletişim araçlarını kullanırken dikkatli olmanız gerekir; ancak PERSONEL-BORDRO istediği görüşmeyi kendi takdiriyle kaldırma hakkına sahiptir.

Tazminat
Sizin kuralları ihlal etmenizden kaynaklanan hasarlara ve kayıplara ya da PERSONEL-BORDRO’a olan herhangi bir yükümlülüğünüze karşı tarafınızdan ödenmemiş herhangi bir erişim ücreti dahil olmak üzere gerekli tazminatı ödersiniz.

4.Gizlilik ve Dokunulmazlık

Gizlilik
İlgili taraf diğer tarafın önceden yazılı rızasını almadıkça veya kanunen gerekli olmadıkça:

• Her iki taraf bu şartları ile bağlantılı olarak elde edilen diğer bütün gizli bilgilerin gizliliğini koruyacak. Taraflardan hiçbiri, diğerinin yazılı izni olmadan, gizli bilgileri herhangi bir kişiye ifşa etmeyecek, kullanılabilir hale getirmeyecek veya bu şartlar tarafından öngörülen dışında, aynı şekilde kendi çıkarları için de kullanmayacaktır.
• Bu madde kapsamında her bir tarafın yükümlülükleri bu şartlar altında geçerliliğini koruyacaktır.

Dokunulmazlık
PERSONEL-BORDRO veriler bakımından tarafların yükümlülüklerini belirleyen bir gizlilik politikası sürdürmektedir. Bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılacağınızdan, www.ncs.com.tr sayfasında bu politikaları okumalısınız.

5.Fikri Mülkiyet

Genel
Başlık olarak, yazılım içindeki tüm fikri mülkiyet, web sitesi ve yazılım ile ilgili herhangi bir doküman PERSONEL-BORDRO’ın mülkiyetindedir ( ya da lisanslarındadır).
Veri
Verilere ulaşımınız PERSONEL-BORDRO erişim ücretini tam ödemenize bağlıdır. PERSONEL-BORDRO günlük veri yedekleme sistemi ile veri kaybını önlemek için en iyi uygulama prosedürlerini kullanır. Bu anlaşmanın fesih edilmesi durumunda fesih durumu sırasında talep ettiğiniz takdirde, PERSONEL-BORDRO size fesihten sonraki 30 gün içerisinde verilerinizin bir dosyasını temin edecektir. Aboneliğinizin fesih edilmesi ödeme yapmamanız ile ilgiliyse, PERSONEL-BORDRO bildirim vermeksizin verilerinizi gizleme hakkını saklı tutar. Bir sebep üzerine fesih gerçekleştiğinde, verilere ulaşma ve onları kullanma hakkınız derhal sona erer ve PERSONEL-BORDRO’ın size verileri sunmak veya onları korumak gibi bir yükümlülüğü yoktur.

6.Garanti ve Onaylar

Onaylama
Siz şunları onaylıyorsunuz:

• Eğer bir kuruluş adına yazılımı kullanıyorsanız ve web sitesine erişiyorsanız PERSONEL-BORDRO, sizin bunu yapma hakkınız olduğunu kabul edecek ve sizi hareket ve ihmallerinizden sorumlu tutabilecektir.
• Yazılımın hükmü, erişim ve kullanımı kendi sorumluluğunuzdadır.
• PERSONEL-BORDRO yazılımın kullanımının kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını garanti etmez. Aynı zamanda, kamu telefon hizmetleri, bilgisayar ağları ve internet de dahil olmak üzere, yazılıma erişmek için kullanılan sistemler, operasyon ve yer durumu değişken olabilir ve zaman zaman yazılım erişimini engelleyebilir.
• PERSONEL-BORDRO, yazılımına erişimde çıkan engellemelerden hiçbir şekilde sorumlu değildir.
• Bu yazılımın sizin ihtiyaçlarınıza uygun olduğunu belirlemek sizin kendi sorumluluğunuzdadır.

Garanti
PERSONEL-BORDRO yazılımının sizin ihtiyaçlarınıza veya amaçlarınıza yüzde yüz uygun olmasına dair hiçbir garanti vermez.

7.Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

PERSONEL-BORDRO’ın ihmali veya koşullara uymaması sonucu bir olay veya bağlantılı birden fazla olay dolayısıyla kayıp veya hasardan şikayetçi olursanız, bu önceki ay ödediğiniz bağlantı ücretiyle sınırlı olacaktır. Yazılımdan memnun değilseniz, yapmanız gereken anlaşmayı fesih etmektir.

8.Fesih etme

15 günlük deneme politikası: Hizmet için kayıt olduktan sonra devam etme yükümlülüğü olmaksızın, uygulamayı değerlendirmek için 15 gününüz vardır. Eğer PERSONEL-BORDRO’ı kullanmaya devam etmek isterseniz, 15 günlük deneme süresinden sonra yazılımı kullanmaya başladığınız günden itibaren faturalandırılacaksınız. Servise devam etmek istemezseniz, PERSONEL-BORDRO’ın size verilerinizin yedeğini sağlamak gibi bir yükümlülüğü yoktur ve hesabınızı PERSONEL-BORDRO sisteminden silme hakkını saklı tutar.

Peşin ödenen abonelikler: Abonelik öncesi 15 günlük deneme süresi verildiği için,
Abonelik işlemi yapıldıktan sonra anlaşma iptal edilirse, ücret iadesi yapılmayacaktır.

Kullanım iptali : Bu şartlar erişim ücretinin kapsadığı dönem için devam edecektir, iki taraftan biri anlaşmayı, ilgili ödeme döneminden en az 15 gün önce bildirim yoluyla fesih etmediği sürece aynı dönem için otomatik olarak devam edecektir.

PERSONEL-BORDRO kendi takdirine göre, aşağıdaki eylemlerden herhangi birini veya tümünü yapabilir

• Bu koşullarla beraber, yazılım ve web sitesi kullanımınızı fesih edebilir.
• Belli veya belirsiz herhangi bir zaman dilimi içinde yazılım ve web sitesini kullanımınızı askıya alabilir.

 

Tahakkuk Hakları
Bu koşulların fesih edilmesi tarafların, fesih tarihi dahil olmak üzere, hak ve yükümlülüklerine zarar vermeden gerçekleşir. Bu anlaşmanın fesih edilmesinde yapacaklarınız:

• fesih sonrasında da ödemeniz gereken herhangi tahakkuk ücretinden sorumlu kalmaya devam edersiniz
• derhal yazılımı ve web sitesini kullanmaya son vermelisiniz

9. Yardım Masası

Teknik sorunlar: Teknik problemler sırasında NCS ile iletişime geçmeden önce sorununuz için yapabileceğiniz tüm araştırmaları yapmalısınız. Hala teknik yardıma ihtiyacınız varsa, lütfen NCS tarafından çevrimiçi desteği kontrol ediniz, yeterli olmadığı takdirde info@ncs.com.tr ‘dan bize mail atabilirsiniz.

Hizmet durumu: PERSONEL-BORDRO, yazılımın 7/24 kullanılabilir olmasını hedeflerken, teknik bir durum nedeni ile erişim sağlayamamanız olasıdır. Eğer bir sebepten, PERSONEL-BORDRO yazılımı beklenenden daha uzun bir süre için engellerse, web sitesinde bu faaliyeti önceden detaylı olarak yayınlama için gerekli çabayı gösterecektir.

10.Genel

Tüm anlaşma: Bu koşullar PERSONEL-BORDRO Gizlilik Politikası ile ve bu bildirimler ve talimatların verildiği diğer koşullarla beraber önceden yapılan tüm anlaşmaların, temsillerin ( yazılı ve sözlü) önüne geçer ve sizinle PERSONEL-BORDRO arasındaki sözleşmenin bu koşulları içerecek şekilde tamamını oluşturur.
Feragat: Eğer taraflardan biri bu koşulların feragatının ihlaline sebep olursa, bu başka bir koşulun da feragatı anlamına gelmez. Yazılı olmadığı sürece hiçbir feragat etkili olmayacaktır.
Atama izni yok: PERSONEL-BORDRO’ı, yazılı izni olmadan başka bir kişiye devredemez veya atayamazsınız.
Yasa ve Yargı yönetimi: Türkiye Cumhuriyetinin yasaları bu anlaşma için geçerli olacaktır. Bu anlaşmanın dışında ortaya çıkabilecek anlaşmazlıklarda Ankara, Türkiye veya yakınında bulunan mahkemelerin yargı yetkisine tabi olacaktır.
Uyarılar: Bu koşullar altında verilen her bildirim eposta yoluyla yazılı olarak yapılacaktır.
PERSONEL-BORDRO’a gönderilecek uyarılar info@ncs.com.tr adresine ya da PERSONEL-BORDRO tarafından size bildirilen başka bir e mail adresine yollanmalıdır. Size yollanan bildirimler yazılımı kurarken belirttiğiniz adrese gönderilecektir.
Üçüncü şahıs hakları: Bu şartlar altında bulunmayan taraflar bu şartlardan yararlanamaz veya bu koşulları zorlayamazlar.

 

TERMS OF USE

NCS. Net Computer Systems hereafter referred to as NCS is an enabled company providing services& solution fort he Industry. PERSONEL-BORDRO is the name of the software owned by NCS. By Subscribing to the service, you agree to the following terms and condition. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, then you represent that you have the authority to make purchase decisions for the company and all references to you shall refer to your company. PERSONEL-BORDRO is a Web based Personnel-Payroll Management system designed especially for small to mid size Personnel-Payroll. These terms of use are intended to explain our obligations as a service provider and your obligations as a customer. Please read them carefully. These Terms are binding on any use of the Software and apply to you from the time that PERSONEL-BORDRO provides you with Access to the Software. We believe that PERSONEL-BORDRO application will evolve over time based on user feedback, therefore we may improve and upgrade the application to make it more beneficial to the user. hese Terms are not intended to answer every question or address every issue raised by the use of the PERSONEL-BORDRO Software. PERSONEL-BORDRO reserves the right to change these terms at any time, effective upon the posting of modified terms and PERSONEL-BORDRO will make every effort to communicate these changes to you via email or notification via the website. It is likely the terms of use will change over time. It is your obligation to ensure that you have read, understood and agree to the most recent terms available on the Website.

1.Definitions

Access Fee

Means the monthly fee (excluding any taxes and duties) payable by you in accordance with the fee schedule set out on the Website

Confidential Information

Includes all information exchanged between the parties to this Agreement, whether in writing, electronically or orally, including the Software but does not include information which is, or becomes, publicly available other than through unauthorized disclosure by the other party.

Data

Means any data inputted by you into the Software.

Intellectual Property Right

Means any patent, trade mark, service mark, copyright, moral right, right in a design, know-how and any other intellectual or industrial property rights, anywhere in the world whether or not registered.

Software

Means the software available via the Website.

Website

Means the Internet site at the domain www.PERSONEL-BORDRO.com other site operated by NCS.

PERSONEL-BORDRO Is the name of the software owned by NCS You Includes your employees,consultants, representatives and agents.

2.Use of Software

PERSONEL-BORDRO grants you the right to access and use the Software via the Website with the user roles according to your subscription type. This right is non-exclusive and non-transferable and limited by these Terms.

3.Your obligations

Payment obligations:

An invoice for the Access Fee will be issued to the Billing Contact each month starting 1 month from the date you added your first Personnel-Payroll within PERSONEL-BORDRO. Invoices will include the Access Fee for the preceding period of use. PERSONEL-BORDRO will continue invoicing you monthly until this Agreement is terminated. All PERSONEL-BORDRO invoices will be generated electronically and reach by email. Payable within 7 days of the invoice date.You are responsible for payment of all taxes and duties in additiob to the Access fee.

General obligations:

You must only use the Software and Website for your own lawful internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms and any notice sent by PERSONEL-BORDRO or condition posted to the website.

Access Conditions

You will ensure that all usernames and passwords required to access the Software are kept secure and confidential. You will immediately notify PERSONEL-BORDRO of any unauthorized use of your passwords or any other breach of security and NCS will reset your password or you can also do the same from the Administration Control Panel.

As a condition of these Terms, when accessing and using the Software, you must:

•not attempt to undermine the security or integrity of PERSONEL-BORDRO’s computing systems or networks or, where the Software is hosted by a third party, that third party's computing systems and Networks.

•not use, or misuse, the Software in any way which may impair the functionality of the Software or Website, or impair the ability of any other user to use the Software or Website;

•not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any materials other than those to which you have been given express permission to access or to the computer system on which the Software is hosted;

•not transmit, or input into the Software, any: files that may damage any other person's computing devices or software, content that may be offensive, or material or Data in violation of any law (including Data or other material protected by copyright or trade secrets which you do not have the right to use);

•not modify, copy, adapt, reproduce, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the Software or the Website except as is strictly necessary to use either of them for normal operation.

COMMUNICATION

As a condition of these Terms, if you use any communication tools available through the Website (such as any forum, chat room or message centre), you agree only to use such communication tools for lawful and legitimate purposes. You must not use any such communication tool for posting or disseminating any material unrelated to the use of the Software including: offers of goods or services for sale, files that may damage any other person's computing devices or software, content that may be offensive to any of our other users, or material in violation of any law (including material that is protected by copyright or trade secrets which you do not have the right to use). When you make any communication on the Website, you represent that you own the content of the communication. As with any other web-based forum, you must exercise caution when using the communication tools available on the Website. However,PERSONEL-BORDRO does reserve the right to remove any communication at any time in its sole discretion.

INDEMNITY

You indemnify PERSONEL-BORDRO against all claims, costs, damage and loss arising from your breach of any of these terms or any obligation you may have to NCS, including any costs relating to the recovery of any Access Fees that have not been paid by you.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy

Confidentiality

Unless the relevant party has the prior written consent of the other or unless required to do so by law:

•Each party will preserve the confidentiality of all Confidential Information of the other obtained in connection with these Terms. Neither party will, without the prior written consent of the other, disclose or make any Confidential Information available to any person, or use the same for its own benefit, other than as contemplated by these Terms.

•Each party's obligations under this clause will survive termination of these Terms.

Privacy:

PERSONEL-BORDRO maintains a privacy policy that sets out the parties’ obligations in respect of data. You should read that policy at www.PERSONEL-BORDRO.com since you will be taken to have accepted it when you accept these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

General:

Title to, and all Intellectual Property Rights in the Software, the Website and any documentation relating to the Software remain the property of PERSONEL-BORDRO (or its licensors).

Data:

Your access to the Data is contingent on full payment of the PERSONEL-BORDRO Access Fee. You must maintain copies of all Data inputted into the Software. PERSONEL-BORDRO adheres to its best practice policies and procedures to prevent data loss. In the event this Agreement is terminated, PERSONEL-BORDRO will make available to you a file of your Data within 30 days of termination. PERSONEL-BORDRO reserves the right to withhold your Data without notice if termination of subscription is due to your non-payment. Upon termination for cause, your right to access or use the Data immediately ceases, and PERSONEL-BORDRO shall have no obligation to maintain or forward any Data to you.

6. Warranties and Acknowledgements

Acknowledgement:

You acknowledge that:

•If you are using the Software and accessing the Website on behalf of or for the benefit of an organization (whether a body corporate or not) then NCS will assume that you have the right to do so and that organization will be liable for your actions or omissions (including any breach of these Terms).

•The provision of, access to, and use of, the Software is on an "as is, where is" basis and at your own risk.

•PERSONEL-BORDRO does not warrant that the use of the Software will be uninterrupted or error free. Among other things, the operation and availability of the systems used for accessing the Software, including public telephone services, computer networks and the Internet, can be unpredictable and may from time to time interfere with or prevent access to the Software. PERSONEL-BORDRO is not in any way responsible for any such interference or prevention of your access or use of the Software.

•It is your sole responsibility to determine that the Software meets the needs of your business.

Warranties:

PERSONEL-BORDRO does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or that it will be suitable for your purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

If you suffer loss or damage as a result of PERSONEL-BORDRO 's negligence or failure to comply with these Terms, and claim by You against PERSONEL-BORDRO arising from PERSONEL-BORDRO 's negligence or failure will be limited in respect of any one incident, or series of connected incidents to the access fees paid by you in the previous one month. If you are not satisfied with the Software, your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate these Terms.

8. Termination

Fifteen days trial policy: When you sign up for the Service you have 15 days in which you can evaluate PERSONEL-BORDRO with no obligation to continue. If you choose to continue using PERSONEL-BORDRO, you will be billed from the day you added your organization. If you choose not to continue with the service, PERSONEL-BORDRO has no obligation of providing you with the backup of your data and reserves the right to delete your account from the PERSONEL-BORDRO system

Prepaid Subscriptions: There will be no refund for any remaining prepaid period for a prepaid Access Fee subscription, unless that subscription is cancelled within the 15 day trial period.

No-fault termination: These Terms will continue for the period covered by the Access Fee. These Terms will automatically continue for the same period unless either party terminates these Terms by giving notice to the other party at least 15 days before the end of the relevant payment period.

PERSONEL-BORDRO may take any or all of the following actions, at its entire discretion:

•Terminate these Terms and your use of the Software and the Website;

•Suspend for any definite or indefinite period of time, your use of the Software and the Website

Accrued Rights:

Termination of these Terms is without prejudice to the rights and obligations of the parties accrued up to and including the date of termination. On termination of this

Agreement you will:

•remain liable for any accrued charges and amounts which become due for payment before or after termination; and immediately cease to use the Software and the Website.

NCS.Net Computer Bilgi İşlem Hiz. Tic. San. Ltd Şti, kısaca NCS, Kamu kurum ve Kuruluşları sektörü için hizmet ve çözüm sağlayan bir bilişim teknolojisidir. PERSONEL-BORDRO, NCS‘nin bir yazılımıdır. PERSONEL-BORDRO küçük, büyük / büyük tüm Kamu kurum ve Kuruluşları, Kurum vb. işletmeler için tasarlanmış Web tabanlı bir PERSONEL-BORDRO Yönetim sistemidir. PERSONEL-BORDRO; Kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarının Personel ve Bordro İşlemlerinizi Takip eder, Servis olarak sunulan yazılım (SaaS / Software as a Service) ile internet üzerinden bağlı bir yazılım çözümüdür. PERSONEL-BORDRO, sadece kayıtlı kullanıcılar tarafından girilen verileri saklamaktadır. PERSONEL-BORDRO bu verileri kullanıcı izni olmadan kullanmaz veya kullanıma uygun hale getirmez.

Kayıtlı kullanıcılar tarafından girilen veri güvenlikli bir veri tabanında bulunur ve bu veriler sadece yönetici tarafından onaylanmış kullanıcılar için erişilebilirdir. Yönetici; kullanıcı olarak davet edilen herkes üzerinde tam kontrole sahiptir. PERSONEL-BORDRO ‘da bilgilere ulaşabilmek için kullanıcı adı ve parola gereklidir.
Parolalarını güvenli tutmak kullanıcıların sorumluluğudur.Kurumun hesabını kullanmak üzere davet edilen herhangi bir kullanıcının, PERSONEL-BORDRO hesabında depolanan Kurum bilgilerini görebilmesi yöneticinin sorumluluğundadır.
NCS, PERSONEL-BORDRO personelleri ve NCS ortaklarının kullanıcı parolalarına ulaşımı yoktur ve bu yüzden Kurum hesabına veya verilerine yöneticiden davet almadan ulaşmaları mümkün değildir.

PERSONEL-BORDRO kullanıcı izleme sistemi
PERSONEL-BORDRO,’ın faturayı izleme ve yazılım performansını denetleme amacıyla, ilişkili kullanıcı sayısı, işlem sayısı gibi toplam bilgileri denetlemesi ve onlara ulaşması mümkündür. PERSONEL-BORDRO, kendi sistemine girilen ve orada depolanan hiçbir finansal işlemin detaylarına ulaşmayacaktır. PERSONEL-BORDRO, kullanıcı tarafından bir sistem sorunu veya hata çözümü için verilen geçici izinler dışında, belirli olarak tanımlanabilen hiçbir kullanıcının sistem kullanım geçmişine ulaşmayacaktır. Tüm toplu kullanım bilgileri güvenli bir PERSONEL-BORDRO veri depolama sisteminde saklanır.

Kişisel verileriniz internet üzerinden güvenli bir şekilde organize edilir
PERSONEL-BORDRO ‘ın sunucularına transfer edilen tüm veriler şifrelidir. Ancak internet kendisi güvenli bir çevre olmadığından kullanıcının tarayıcısı, PERSONEL-BORDRO sunucularıyla olan bağlantıda şifreleme güvenliğini onaylamak zorundadır.

PERSONEL-BORDRO ’ta kredi kartı ile ödemeyi seçtiyseniz, kredi kartı detaylarınız sistem tarafından korunur ve PERSONEL-BORDRO personelleri tarafından ulaşılabilir değildir.

PERSONEL-BORDRO, kullanıcı giriş yaptıktan sonra oturumu açık tutmak için geçici çerezler (cookies) kullanır. Bu çerezler kullanıcı ya da Kurum ile ilgili hiçbir bilgi içermez ve oturum bittikten 30 dakika sonra otomatik olarak kaybolur.

PERSONEL-BORDRO; fatura bilgisi, ürün bilgisi, servis güncellemeleri ve düzenli müşteri haber bültenlerini kayıtlı kullanıcılara E-mail üzerinden gönderir.

You Own Your Data

NCS. Net Computer Systems hereafter referred to as NCS is an enabled company providing services& solution fort he public institutions and organizations Industry. PERSONEL-BORDRO is the name of the software owned by NCS. PERSONEL-BORDRO is a Web based Personnel-Payroll Management system designed especially for small to mid size resorts/ businesses. PERSONEL-BORDRO is a solution proposed to be a SAAS / custom service covering all the operational tasks including reservation, front desk, housekeeping transactions, accounts, back-office, MIS and other POS and further integrate all associated functions including marketing, bookings and business critical communication & coordination from multiple geographical locations seamlessly connected through the Net. PERSONEL-BORDRO will only store information that is entered by the Users of an Organization. PERSONEL-BORDRO will not use nor make available for use any of this information without permission of the Organization.

You control who has access to your data

The data entered by the users of an Organization is stored securely in a database and is only accessible to the approved users of the Organization. The administrator of the organization will have full control over who is invited to be a User. A user name and password is required in order to access an Organization's information in PERSONEL-BORDRO. It is the User’s responsibility to keep their passwords safe. It is the Administrator’s responsibility to ensure that any users that are invited to use the Organization’s account have permission to view the Organization’s information stored in the PERSONEL-BORDRO account. NCS, PERSONEL-BORDRO staff and NCS’ partners do not have Access to the user’s passwords and are therefore unable to Access the organization’s account or data without receiving an invitation from the administrator.

PERSONEL-BORDRO monitors system usage

PERSONEL-BORDRO has access to and may use aggregate information such as number of associated Users, number of transactions and billing information for the purpose of billing and monitoring server and software performance.

PERSONEL-BORDRO will never access the details of any financial transaction entered and stored in the system. PERSONEL-BORDRO will never access system usage history for a specific identifiable user, except where granted permission by the User to assist with resolution of a system issue or error. All aggregated usage information is stored in a secure PERSONEL-BORDRO data warehouse facility.

Your data is sent securely across the internet

All data transferred between the Users of an Organization and the PERSONEL-BORDRO Servers is encrypted.. However, the internet is not in itself a secure environment. Users should only enter, or instruct the importation of, data to the database within a secure environment. This means that the User’s browser must support the encryption security used in connection with the PERSONEL-BORDRO Servers. If you choose to pay for PERSONEL-BORDRO by Credit Card, your credit card details are not stored by PERSONEL-BORDRO and cannot be accessed by PERSONEL-BORDRO staff. Your credit card details are automatically encrypted.

PERSONEL-BORDRO will give you access to your data at any time

On request, PERSONEL-BORDRO will provide the Administrator with a full export of the Organization’s data in a common file format. The Organization’s data may be permanently deleted by PERSONEL-BORDRO 60 days after the Organization stops paying to use HMS, or at the Administrator’s request.

PERSONEL-BORDRO uses temporary cookies to keep a session open after a User logs in. These cookies do not contain any information about the User or the Organization and will automatically expire 30 minutes after the session is finished.

PERSONEL-BORDRO sends billing information, product information, service updates and regular customer newsletters to registered Users via email.

The PERSONEL-BORDRO website may contain links to third-party websites. It is your responsibility to be aware of the privacy practices or content of these websites. PERSONEL-BORDRO reserves the right to change this policy at any time and any amended policy will be posted on this website.
